These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Single Sign-On (“SSO”) account services and related digital services provided by ML Innovation Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The SSO service allows users to create and use a single account to access applications, websites, web-based services, mini applications, and other digital services operated by us or integrated with our SSO system (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Our SSO system provides a centralized account and authentication service that may be used across multiple Services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile applications (“Apps”);
• Websites and web-based applications (“Web”);
• Mini applications or embedded applications;
• Merchant or partner platforms;
• Other digital products or services that integrate with our SSO system.

The availability and functionality of each Service may vary depending on the platform, location, account type, and applicable service requirements.

Certain Services may also be subject to additional terms, policies, rules, or conditions. Where applicable, you must comply with those additional terms when using the relevant Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain Services, you may be required to create an SSO account. When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information when necessary;
• Provide a valid mobile phone number, email address, or other required information;
• Complete any required identity, OTP, email, phone number, or other verification process;
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, except where such activities result from circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

You must notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you become aware of unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Single Sign-On

Your SSO account may allow you to access multiple Services using the same account credentials.

When you sign in to a Service through our SSO system, certain account information may be shared with that Service as necessary to provide authentication, account management, personalization, security, and related functionality.

Depending on the Service, this information may include: User identifier, mobile phone number, email address, nickname/display name, given & family name, gender, date of birth, language/locale, and profile information.

The specific information collected, processed, or shared will depend on the Service and will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your account, including protecting your password, OTP, verification code, and other authentication information.

You must not:

• Share your password or OTP with unauthorized persons;
• Allow another person to impersonate you;
• Attempt to access another user’s account without authorization;
• Circumvent or interfere with authentication or security mechanisms;
• Use automated methods to obtain unauthorized access to the Services.

We may require additional verification, temporarily restrict access, or suspend an account if we reasonably believe that an account has been compromised or is being used in a fraudulent manner.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or deceptive activities;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, accounts, APIs, or databases;
• Introduce malware, malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technologies;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;

• Abuse OTP, authentication, account recovery, payment, or other system mechanisms;

Some Services may integrate with or provide access to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, mini-app platforms, merchants, partners, mapping services, or social platforms.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. Unless otherwise expressly stated, we are not responsible for third-party products or services.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We may collect and process personal information in connection with account registration, authentication, security, account management, and your use of the Services.

Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by our applicable Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

8. OTP and Electronic Communications

Certain account activities may require verification through a one-time password (“OTP”), email, SMS, mobile application, or other electronic verification method.

Standard telecommunications or messaging charges imposed by your provider may apply. You must not disclose OTPs to unauthorized persons.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or Service where reasonably necessary, including for terms violations, suspected fraud, security compromises, or legal requirements.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Services, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services and their associated software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, databases, and technology are owned by or licensed to ML Innovation Co., Ltd.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ML Innovation Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the App, Web, SSO login page, email, or other appropriate communication channels.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
